We have a banquet facility that holds up to 300 people and a tasting room that will hold up to 100 people. They are available to rent separately or together. Either room would work for a ceremony and reception. We also have a gazebo on the grounds that is available for outdoor weddings. Chairs and/or a tent will need to be rented for outdoor ceremonies.
We have a list of preferred caterers. However, you can bring any caterer of your choice. We will need to contact the caterer to see if they are licensed. We do have a facility fee for your caterer and will send the information to them when you inform us of who you are using. We do not provide linens or tableware; these are provided by the caterer.
Our fee includes our staff working with your caterer, setting up tables and chairs (we have enough to seat 300), being available to open the facility to decorators, DJ, and cake designers. We provide complimentary tasting and for purchase wine while your guests wait. And best of all, we tidy up after your event!
We ask that all wine be purchased through White Oak Vineyards. We don't sell beer or hard liquor, however, we charge a $225 corkage fee for hard liquor to be brought in and a $225 fee for the first two kegs you bring. Any additional keg(s) will have a $50 per keg fee. We provide ice and the use of our keg cooler. Off-duty officers are required for the event when bringing in alcohol. White Oak Vineyards will arrange this service at the expense of the rental party. (see below in fees).
Please let me know if you would like to come out and see our facilities and book a date. We ask that $1000 deposit be put down to save your date. We book-up fast!
